The Eastern Lancaster County Library is located in New Holland. Our library is a place where you can relax with a book or newspaper, enjoy a story time with your children, study, use a public access computer or own your laptop, or attend an educational program. Patrons may check out books, audiobooks, museum passes, DVDs, board games and music CDs. Online resources include free eBook and audiobook borrowing and free online homework help. Features of our library include a lively children’s department located on its own level, seating and study areas throughout the library, and a teen section with places for quiet reading. We also have eleven public access computers, we offer free Wi-Fi, and we have plenty of places to charge your devices. The vision of the ELANCO Library is to be a highly valued, all-inclusive community resource for education, empowerment, enlightenment, enrichment and entertainment.
The Eastern Lancaster County Library acts as a community center that provides access to information, materials, and services to all members of the community to educate, empower, enlighten, enrich, and entertain.
