UDS Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit headquartered in Lancaster. Our mission is to provide personal care and support services for people with physical and age-related disabilities and mobility issues. Our 13 different programs and services offered to over 5,000 individuals enhance their independence and enrich their lives as well as the lives of their families, caregivers, and the community. These programs provide full inclusion of people with disabilities into all aspects of life and areas of our society. Our programs include: Supports Coordination, In-home personal care, Adult Enrichment, Accessible Home Modifications, Custom Wheelchair Seating, Service Dogs, Transition School, Autism Services, Employment Services, Challenger Football League (for children and youth with disabilities), Home Medical Equipment and the Resource Center.
UDSF programs provide full inclusion of people with disabilities into all aspects of life and our community while supporting family stability and advancing the independence and potential that people with disabilities can contribute in productive and meaningful ways.
provide 12 hours of in-home personal cares services to an individual with disabilities.
assist in partially covering the salary of one of the UDS Resource Center care representatives that handles over 900 calls per month for people with disabilities at no charge.
provide a custom molded seat, a molded and fabricated back, a headrest, foot positioners, a shoulder harness, hip belt and tray for a child in need.
